How will the work be submitted? To ensure that the file is submitted correctly, you can specify whether the file should be submitted in PDF or Word format. Do customers want to use file sharing websites?

Does the company have non-disclosure agreements or other legal documents regarding confidentiality obligations? Are the contractor's services dedicated to clients? Employee intellectual property rights are different from freelancer intellectual property rights.

What are the client's obligations? Are there any guidelines for changing it once the project has started?

For clarity, a description of the services the contractor provides to the client can be included.
